Our unique and qualified team of job placement specialists, job developers, researchers, and administrative professionals are all dedicated to support our clients, develop good jobs, and facilitate lasting placements.

Deb Kersten

FOUNDER | CEO

The right connection makes all the difference.  Deb is a job placement expert. For over 25 years, she has helped hundreds of job seekers navigate the placement process and achieve success in reaching their job search goals. 

With a solid reputation for quickly assessing skills and abilities and providing credible recommendations, Deb works diligently with every client to help them overcome obstacles and land a great job. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern College and credentialing as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).

TINA OLSON

Tina has worked for Deborah Kersten & Associates, Inc. since 2008.  She began as a Job Developer working to identify opportunities for our clients and quickly moved into the role of  Job Placement Specialist.  She enjoys providing personalized, one-on-one career coaching to assist clients to compete successfully in this competitive labor market.

She holds a Masters in Adult Education from the University of Minnesota.

DEE MANN

With 22 years’ background in career transition consulting in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Dee joined Deborah Kersten & Associates, Inc. in October 2011.  Passionate about helping people find a good fit where they are valued for their talents and skills, where they are paid fairly, and where they enjoy and respect their co-workers, she is honored to assist individuals during what can be critical and difficult times of their lives. 

Dee is certified in MBTI assessment and holds a Human Resource Generalist Certificate and Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Minnesota.

Suzanne Hiltner

Suzanne has been a job placement specialist for over twenty-five years. She joined Deborah Kersten & Associates in 2016. She is well equipped to help clients secure suitable gainful employment within various labor markets throughout Minnesota. Down-to-earth and very supportive, Suzanne works diligently to provide clients with the tools necessary to reach a successful outcome. Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social Science from the University of Minnesota.
